When you submit the consultation form we collect: first name, last name, email address, telephone number, country of residence or current location, preferred callback time, approximate loss, case type, a short description of the matter, and your consent record. We also collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, referring URL and advertising parameters (for example gclid, utm tags) where these are present in the link you used.

We do not request or accept online-banking passwords, PINs, CVV numbers, one-time codes, wallet seed phrases or remote access to a device.
