Dedicated specialist
One point of contact from the initial consultation to the end of the agreed work.
Broker & payment disputes · UK clients worldwide
Leave your telephone number. A RESOLVIA specialist will call you, listen to what happened and provide an initial assessment of your situation.
If we believe we may be able to help, one dedicated specialist will coordinate your case. We will organise the available evidence, prepare the necessary correspondence, manage the agreed process and keep track of important deadlines.
Eligibility and outcome depend on the circumstances, payment method, available evidence, relevant time limits and the decision of the bank or another competent organisation. RESOLVIA does not guarantee recovery.
No document upload required before the consultation
One point of contact from the initial consultation to the end of the agreed work.
We organise evidence, correspondence, submissions and deadlines.
Remote support for UK nationals in the United Kingdom and overseas.
Clear assessments and realistic communication without false promises.
A clear beginning
There is one simple route: leave your number, speak to a specialist and find out whether RESOLVIA may be able to assist.
Complete one short callback form. You do not need to upload documents or choose a procedure before the consultation.
A specialist discusses what happened, asks the relevant questions and provides an initial assessment.
If the matter is suitable, RESOLVIA explains the proposed work, prepares the case and manages the agreed next steps.
Why clients contact us
You do not need to decide whether chargeback, Section 75 or another route applies. Leave your number and tell a specialist what happened. We will consider the payment method, evidence and possible next steps.
Your account shows a balance, but withdrawal requests are delayed, rejected or ignored.
Get a consultationYou are being asked to pay a further “tax”, “insurance fee”, “commission”, “verification charge” or “release fee” before funds can supposedly be withdrawn.
Get a consultationThe broker or platform stopped answering calls and messages after you made a payment or requested a withdrawal.
Get a consultationYou can no longer access your account, transaction history has disappeared or the platform is no longer available.
Get a consultationA card transaction appears on your statement that you did not make or authorise.
Get a consultationYour bank rejected an earlier claim or complaint and you would like the response and supporting documents reviewed.
Get a consultationDo not send further money simply because someone promises that an additional payment will release your funds. Paying a supposed tax, insurance fee, commission or unlocking charge does not guarantee that any money will be returned.
Keep copies of payment details, messages, emails and withdrawal requests. Never share online-banking passwords, PINs, CVV numbers, one-time codes, wallet seed phrases or remote access to your device. RESOLVIA will never ask for this information.
Less for you to manage
You will not be expected to search for forms, draft repeated applications or work out which organisation to contact. Your dedicated specialist will explain only the steps that genuinely require your involvement.
Remote support
RESOLVIA works remotely. You may contact us while living in the United Kingdom or overseas.
We assess the matter by considering the bank, account, payment route, available documents and potentially relevant UK complaint procedures.
We support UK nationals who live or are temporarily based overseas. Consultations and case support can be provided remotely.
Eligibility does not depend on citizenship alone. The specialist must consider the bank, card or account, payment route, recipient, evidence, time limits and relevant jurisdiction.
Get a consultationEnd-to-end support
RESOLVIA organises the work so that you do not have to navigate banking procedures alone. One dedicated specialist coordinates the matter and explains only the actions that require your involvement.
We call you on the number provided, listen to what happened and answer your initial questions.
The specialist asks about the payment method, total loss, current stage and available evidence. If the matter is suitable, they explain the proposed scope of work, possible fee model and documents that may be required.
The RESOLVIA team organises payments, messages, agreements and previous responses, reconstructs the timeline and identifies any missing information.
We prepare the relevant correspondence and supporting documents, organise submission and manage agreed follow-up communication. We communicate on your behalf only where you have provided the necessary authority and the relevant organisation permits representation.
Your specialist explains responses in clear language, keeps track of relevant deadlines and, where appropriate, prepares the next available stage of the complaint.
The route comes after the consultation
Different payment methods and circumstances require different approaches. You do not need to choose a procedure in the callback form. The specialist considers the possible route after discussing the matter and reviewing the relevant information.
We assess whether a disputed card transaction may fit the relevant card-scheme process and organise the available evidence for the claim.
We consider whether a qualifying credit-card purchase may fall within Section 75 protection under the Consumer Credit Act.
We organise the facts and payment trail for potentially applicable complaints involving bank transfers authorised by a customer after being deceived.
We review a bank’s response, prepare a structured complaint and organise the documents for a possible next stage with the Financial Ombudsman Service.
The availability of any route is assessed individually. Mentioning a procedure on this website does not mean that it applies to a particular matter.
Who we may be able to help
RESOLVIA considers enquiries involving a total documented loss of at least €1,000 or the equivalent in pounds sterling or another currency.
Where several related payments form part of the same matter, their combined value may be considered during the initial assessment.
Meeting the minimum threshold allows an enquiry to be assessed. It does not mean that the matter will automatically be accepted or that recovery is guaranteed. The specialist will also consider the payment method, documents, time limits, UK connection and possible complaint route.
Get a consultationA fee model suited to the matter
Fees depend on the payment method, number of transactions, volume of documents, current stage and expected scope of work. After the initial assessment, RESOLVIA will propose an appropriate fee model and confirm the terms in writing.
For suitable matters, a fee of 25–30% of the amount actually recovered for the client may apply.
This model is used only where permitted by the applicable rules. Where an FCA fee cap or another mandatory restriction imposes a lower maximum, that limit will take priority.
Before signing an agreement, the client will receive the exact rate, an example calculation, information about VAT, the maximum fee and when payment becomes due.
This may be appropriate where the scope can be defined in advance. The client receives the fixed price and a written description of the included work before the paid stage begins.
This may be appropriate for complex or non-standard work. The hourly rate, estimated time and agreed spending limit are confirmed in writing before work begins.
No hidden charges
No additional cost will be incurred without prior agreement.
You may complain to your bank, the Financial Ombudsman Service or another available organisation without paid representation. Official complaint routes may be free to use. RESOLVIA charges for professional case organisation and support.
Verification before promises
Our legal name, company number, registered office and applicable status are displayed clearly.
The service, fee calculation, limitations and termination terms are confirmed before paid work begins.
RESOLVIA does not request banking passwords, PINs, CVV numbers, one-time codes, wallet seed phrases or device access.
We do not promise guaranteed recovery, a fixed success rate or a decision by a particular date.
Documents come later
You do not need to upload documents before the telephone consultation. If the matter is suitable for further assessment, your specialist will explain which documents are relevant and how to provide them securely.
Never send passwords, PINs, CVV numbers, one-time codes, wallet seed phrases or remote-access details. Unnecessary payment-card information should be obscured before documents are shared.

About RESOLVIA
RESOLVIA supports UK nationals dealing with disputed payments to brokers and investment platforms. We work remotely with clients in the United Kingdom and overseas.
Our role is not to promise a result before understanding the circumstances. We organise a clear process: an initial assessment, consideration of possible routes, preparation of relevant materials, support with correspondence and an explanation of the next available steps.
Each client has one dedicated point of contact. Our team carries out the agreed work, while the client is involved only where confirmation of facts, a signature, personal identification or another action cannot be completed on their behalf.
